Resident Systems Engineer

IDS has been providing Resident Systems Engineer services as part of its core offerings since 1995.  The Resident Systems Engineer service is designed to ensure that solutions implemented in the customer environment continue to meet client expectations based on functional, operational and business requirements.  An IDS Engineer can be provided to monitor and control performance levels, schedules, storage requirements, archival policies, as well as to ensure compliance with configuration management and change control obligations.  The Resident Systems Engineer service is available for all products and technologies that are supported by our staff.

Packaged Services (Project Activities)

Packaged Services consist of specific activities resulting in the completion of discrete projects. Engagements range from technology assessments to implementations and may include upgrades, hands-on training or other activities that have a defined set of deliverables and time frame.  If a specific service package is not already created for your requirement, we can customize one to meet your needs.

General Support

IDS’ General Support provides a “pay as you go” support capability that leverages highly skilled and experienced technology specialists that are knowledgeable of your technology infrastructure. Without any initial contractual requirements or obligations, we provide a zero-risk service that is available upon demand. With no contractual obligations, we strive to continually provide value and high quality service. IT Help Desk

For those clients who have an existing active support engagement and service level agreement, our Help Desk is available to provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure issues. In some cases, arrangements are made to provide an end-user support capability which may include on-site and remote support. By leveraging our technology support expertise, along with automated and detailed incident reporting, we can help deliver seamless, customized, end-to-end IT services to your organization.
